Its true! I successfully defended my dissertation yesterday. I talked for a bit over an hour, was grilled by my committee for about 30 minutes, and then it was over. Whew! So, after a mere 11 1/2 years of higher education, I'm finally done being a student. I suppose I should find myself one of these "jobs" I keep hearing about.
Thanks to all who helped/supported/or just beared with me through this whole ordeal. I couldn't have done it without you.
Now, back to that mountain of work I've been ignoring for the past several weeks.
