Swim Class and Computers

Swim class went well. No crying. He was very serious about the whole thing. He did let me hold him away from my body and be swished in the water. We chased after toys and floated on our backs. But no giggles or smiles. Very serious. But at least there wasn't any crying. I think he will get used to it and even enjoy it. It was fun singing songs and playing with him in the water. This coming week's class is canceled but in two weeks we will try again. Maybe daddy will take him in the pool then.

No pictures right now because our computer at home is being worked on. We finally decided to install the firewire card for the digital video and also the DVD-RW to record the DVD's. Well the firewire works and the computer recognizes the DVD-RW drive. Unfortunately when we put a disk in the DVD-RW drive it doesn't recognize it. It doesn't matter what kind of disk it is, music CD, Installation disk, blank disk. It doesn't recognize it. So after a few hours and bunch of swear words we have come to the conclusion that the drive is faulty. We need to take it back. But in the meantime we couldn't figure out how to get the cover back on the computer. And all the wires for the different accessories are not plugged in. That means that the card reader for the camera is not plugged in and therefore I can't get the new pictures off the camera to upload to this site. So be patient. Hopefully in a few days it will be better and I can upload some pictures. He did look awfully cute and grown up in his swim shorts.
