We Dodged Another One

Well Groton dodged another bullet yesterday. The powers that be decided to shut down five sites including a site that is just as big as Groton (ann arbor, MI). So far nothing really will be changing here... they keep saying that we may have to expand to take on the extra work load. It's funny because my division just moved a bunch of functions to AA last year and now they are closing them down and moving the functions back here. Not funny to the people who lost their jobs last year I guess. So I'm safe for at least another few months until they decide how they are going to reorganize the rest of the company. Sometimes you just get the idea that no one has a real plan for the future and that the monkeys are in charge of the asylum.
