Another week gone by

Well it's Friday. i don't know how it got to be Friday already but here it is. We had a nice weekend at the grandparents houses. I was very sick last Friday but other than that it was very nice. Nathan had a great birthday and we were even able to fit all his presents in the car for the ride home. He loves cake by the way. (Pictures to come). He did not get any poppers. YEAH! He did get a little push toy that's similar to the poppers but has a much less annoying sound to it. So that got to come home with us. He did great on the way back to CT. He took a nap. Then he woke up and we stopped for lunch. We got back on the rode, popped in sesame street and just cruised. He was awake for about 2 hours then fell back to sleep for the last hour. He did very well, I was very surprised. i was sure there would be crying until I finally gave in and sat with him in the backseat but that didn't happen at all.

This has been a short week at work for me so i've been pretty busy. Hopefully we will be able to catch up on some housework at home tomorrow and then enjoy the rest of the weekend. it's supposed to be hot so we'll have to find some way to cool off.
